Straßen- und Dokumentarfotograf in Manhattan. Fokussiert auf rohe, ungestellte Momente, die die Seele der Stadt offenbaren.

Leidenschaftlicher Fotograf, der echte Momente einfängt.

I make portraits in New York, mostly on location. Sessions usually run one to two hours, and I work with natural light whenever I can. A lot of that work happens in Central Park or at Brooklyn Bridge Park, in places where the city steps back and you can pay attention to the person in front of the camera. I photograph individuals, couples, and small families, and I keep things unhurried. No big setups, no props. I live in Brooklyn, and I take bookings most weeks of the year, with a little more room in winter.

I make portraits of people who live and work in New York City. Most sessions take place outside, in spots my clients already feel something about: a walk across Bow Bridge, the view from DUMBO toward the Manhattan Bridge, an hour at Jane's Carousel with the skyline behind us. I work with natural light, a single prime lens, and very little direction. I talk while I shoot, which usually helps people forget the camera is there. I keep sessions to one hour and deliver around forty finished frames within two weeks. My office is in Long Island City, and I have been shooting in the five boroughs for nine years.
